PRESS RELEASE
One free ticket now gives visitors access to five major trade events at Excel London this September
In just two weeks, Natural & Organic Food Show will join forces with four other leading food and drink trade events for the first time, as part of the brand-new London Food & Drink Festival.
Taking place on 16-17 September at Excel London, the festival brings the Natural & Organic Food Show together with Artisan Food & Drink Show, lunch!, The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show and London Drinks Exchange, uniting them under one roof for the first time. It’s a new format designed to give visiting buyers and operators access to the full breadth of the food and drink industry in a single visit – and crucially, one ticket now grants free entry to all five shows.
The co-located events will feature 1000s of new food, drink, tech and equipment products from over 600 exhibitors, as well as 200+ world-class industry speakers across 8 stages. With so much innovation on display, it’s shaping up to be the UK’s most comprehensive food and drink trade event this autumn.
“We have always been incredibly proud of our unique, high-quality events serving key sectors within hospitality and the food retail industry. We have a strong track record of delivering the most innovative exhibitors, the most forward-thinking buyers and industry leaders talking across our keynote stages. But the lines between sectors are becoming more blurred, with many companies operating across sectors, so this is an incredibly exciting time, offering even more value for both exhibitors and visitors.”
– Chris Brazier, Group Event Director, London Food & Drink Festival
THIRTY YEARS SHAPING THE INDUSTRY
For three decades, the Natural & Organic Food Show (formerly Natural & Organic Products Expo) has been the essential meeting point for brands and buyers across the sector. It’s the place where emerging challenger brands get discovered, where established suppliers reconnect with their retail partners, and where the trends that go on to define the mainstream are spotted first.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE SHOW FLOOR
The show floor will span a comprehensive range of categories, from organic foods, plant-based innovations and functional drinks to free-from, speciality and deli products, fair trade, world foods, confectionery, and baby and children’s foods.
Visitors will also find exhibitors across tea, coffee and hot beverages, wines, beers and spirits, juices and soft drinks, food ingredients, packaging, and contract manufacturing and private label – making it a genuine one-stop sourcing destination.
Dedicated zones continue to spotlight the fastest-growing segments of the market. Vegan World brings together the best in plant-based innovation, while the Innovation Awards Showcase and Launchpad highlight the most exciting new-to-market launches competing for the show’s Innovation Awards.
A dedicated Natural & Organic Food Stage sponsored by More than Only Food & Drink also gives the sector’s speakers a platform of their own, alongside the wider festival’s 8 stages including Retail & Convenience, Coffee Shop, Food to Go and CHEF LIVE.
Speakers include Andrew Goodacre, CEO, British Independent Retail Association (bira); Lee Holdstock, Senior Business Development Manager, Soil Association Certification; Genevive Fitch, Supplier Relationship Manager at Ocado Retail; Izzie Peskett, Head of Marketing at Whole Foods; and Suria Darley, Global Head of Product Development at Holland and Barrett.
DEMAND FOR SUSTAINABLE, ORGANIC FOOD GROWING
Consumer demand for natural, organic and sustainably produced food and drink has never been stronger. The UK organic market grew 4.2% in 2025 to reach £3.9 billion (its 14th consecutive year of growth), 83% of UK households shoppers now buy organic, and two thirds (66%) of Brits rate environmental impact as very or somewhat important when making purchasing decisions.
For buyers, retailers, distributors, importers and foodservice professionals, staying ahead of that shift is now a commercial imperative – and it’s exactly the intelligence the Natural & Organic Food Show is built to deliver. Major retailers including Holland & Barrett, WholeFoods and Planet Organic have made the show a fixture in their calendars year after year.
“The brands that exhibit today will be the ones sitting on supermarket shelves in 12 months’ time. That’s what makes this show matter – it’s where the natural and organic sector’s next big moves get spotted first. Being part of The London Food & Drink Festival means those conversations are now happening in front of the widest, most influential audience we’ve ever had in one building.”
– Georgina Baker, Event Director, Natural & Organic Food Show and Artisan Food & Drink Show
