Brian has spent his career sharing his passion for food and passing on skills, culminating in running his nationally acclaimed cookery school and acting as Chef Ambassador for his local college.
His career has covered fine and corporate dining, group exec chef roles developing and delivering concepts. At the heart of this was always enthusing his colleagues and skills development, and this is what he brings to Chef Live.
