Everett Fieldgate

Everett has been CEO of Creams since 2022, bringing 20 years in senior hospitality across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. He joined from Costa Coffee, where he spent four years in Dubai as head of franchise new business development, GM emerging markets and GM European franchise. Before that he was CDO at Americana Restaurant Group, and spent a decade with YUM! Restaurants International, latterly as CFO and then chief development and new markets officer for KFC MENAPak. Australian by birth, he began his career in FMCG with Lion Nathan and Arnott’s. He now leads around 90 Cafes in the UK and a growing international estate.
