Mohammad Shaikh

Mohammad is the Co–Founder & CEO of Eatphoria, the pioneering multi-brand hybrid restaurant group. Eatphoria owns and operates several brands, including its flagship brand Wraps & Wings – one of the UK’s fastest-growing premium QSR brands. The brand specialises in high-quality craveable comfort food such as hand-rolled wraps, crispy chicken wings and loaded burgers. Alongside this, each site offers several virtual brands that empower franchisees to trade across all day parts and maximise profitability.

Mohammad has led the Group for more than a decade and has an extensive background in hospitality and catering. Before founding Wraps & Wings and Eatphoria, Mohammad co-founded Cater Direct Ltd, which supplied in-flight meals to 13 airlines, before turning his focus to building QSR brands. Since launching Wraps & Wings in 2014 and Eatphoria in 2025, he has been committed to brand innovation, menu engineering, and technology-driven growth.
